Biography

Michael Farlow is a former Deputy State’s Attorney for Worcester County. Farlow was with the Worcester County State’s Attorney’s Office for seven years, during which time he tried thousands of cases ranging from minor speeding tickets to first degree murder. He handled dozens of asset forfeiture cases, and was certified by the International Association of Asset Forfeiture Specialists.

Farlow received an undergraduate degree from Salisbury University, and earned his law degree at the Widener University School of Law, ranking near the top of his class and earning numerous honors, including placement on the Dean’s List during each of his semesters at Law School. He was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Farlow also earned the prestigious Wolcott Fellowship, awarded to only five students in any year.
